Break up the salad. Halve the fervour fruits, extract the pulp with a spoon and blend it with four tablespoons of oil, vinegar and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
Warmth the remaining oil in a pan and brown the steaks, approx. three minutes per facet. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce the meat into strips and serve with the salad.
